NDIS
Plan-managed, self-managed and agency-managed. Capacity Building, Improved Daily Living and Core supports.
Aged Care & Support at Home
support work under Support at Home, home care packages and aged care home placements. In-home and on-site visits.
DVA
Veteran support work under valid DVA referrals. Bulk-billed where eligible.
Private
Pay privately for support or assessments without a referral. Clear, upfront fee schedule.

How services work at Grove Support Services .
What services does Grove Support Services cover?
We work across eight support work services: support coordination, supported independent living, short term accommodation, community access, aged care & support at home, and home & garden maintenance. Each has its own service page. Many clients work with more than one of our support workers at the same time so support stays coordinated.
Can I see more than one type of support worker at Grove Support Services?
Yes. Connected work is one of our reasons for being. Our support workers share notes (with consent) and case-conference complex clients, so a child receiving OT and support coordination with us isn't repeating themselves across providers.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you're not sure, send a short enquiry or call 1300 294 635. Our intake team helps clarify the right discipline and matches you with a support worker with capacity and the right funding. There is no charge for the conversation.
Do you take NDIS, Aged Care and DVA referrals?
Yes. We work with NDIS (plan-managed, self-managed and agency-managed), Aged Care / Support at Home, DVA referrals and private clients. Some services also fit Medicare Mental Health Care Plans where applicable.
