Support to get to hobbies, classes, events, sport and time with friends.
Support to get to medical appointments, the shops, the bank and everyday errands.
Support that builds independence — travel training, budgeting, shopping and community skills.
Community access is about participation: doing the things that make life meaningful, out in the community where life actually happens. That can be as simple as a weekly grocery shop with support, or as big as joining a club, class or group you've wanted to try.
We match you with a support worker who shares your interests and gets how you like to do things. The goal is to help you participate, not to do it for you.
Over time, community access builds skills, confidence and connections — the things that help you feel part of your community rather than on the edge of it.
If the world feels hard to reach, we help you get out into it — safely, regularly, and on your terms.
Community access is where a lot of independence is built: travel, shopping, social skills. We support you to do more for yourself over time.
