Where are your physical locations?
We have two locations: 1 Smithfield Street, Gympie QLD 4570 (our flagship, serving Gympie, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast) and Hawthorn VIC (serving greater Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong).
Which cities do you cover by mobile?
Our support workers do mobile visits across greater Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and south-east Queensland. Mobile means we come to your home, school, workplace, daycare, community setting or aged care residence.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth support work is available nationwide where it's supportly appropriate. Many of our community access, support coordination and aged care sessions work very well via telehealth, especially for follow-up support or for clients in rural areas.
How do I know which location is right for me?
Pick whichever city you're in. If you're nearby Gympie or Hawthorn, in-location might suit. If you're in one of our mobile metros, a support worker can come to you. If you're elsewhere in Australia, telehealth is often available.
